## Cancellation Policy

Cancel via WhatsApp at least 12 hours before pickup. Cancellations with sufficient notice are free. Last-minute cancellations (under 12 hours) may incur a partial charge.

All reports are reviewed by management within 24 hours and kept strictly confidential.
